View your test results

You can view test results that have been shared with you using the NHS App, your NHS account or other online services and apps.

Important: Patient notice

If your test results are outside of your normal range, a GP will contact you to discuss any treatment.

View your test results using your NHS App or account

You can view test results in your GP health record using the NHS App or by logging into your account on the NHS website.

You can create an account if you do not already have one.

To view your test results online, you must be:

  • a registered patient
  • aged 16 or over

When you create an account, you'll need to prove your identity before you can view your test results. This helps keep your information secure.

Test results you can view online

When you view your test results online, you should see any recent results that have been added to your GP health record.

Results you can see

  • results of tests you had at Vine Medical Group
  • hospital test results that have been sent to Vine Medical Group

Results you will not see

  • hospital test results that have not been sent to Vine Medical Group – the hospital may contact you about your result or tell you how to get your result

Non-urgent advice: Contact us if:

  • you're unable to see your record
  • information is missing or has disappeared from your record
  • you can only see very recent information in your record and you need to see older information
  • there's incorrect information in your record
  • you're not sure what a test results means and what you need to do
  • you can see information that should not be there (for example, you can see information that's not yours)
  • you do not want to be able to see your record
  • someone is pressuring you for information in your record
