Using our automated phone option
You can cancel your upcoming pre-booked appointment using our automated telephone option.
Call our main number on 023 9226 3089 and select option 3.
You will be prompted to enter some key information, after which you can choose to cancel your pre-booked appointment.
You do not need to wait in the queue.
Information:
Cancelling appointments at least 24 hours in advance enables us to offer that appointment to someone else.
