Want to make your request in person?

From September 2019, all requests MUST be made online using online services, e.g. the NHS App or Patient Access or your official white prescription form from the pharmacist.

If you would not like to use the convenience of making your repeat prescription requests online, you are able to visit any of our sites and hand in your request either in the designated drop-boxes or over the counter.

You must bring your printed prescription request form as we cannot accept any handwritten or verbal requests. If you cannot locate your printed prescription request, your pharmacist will be able to provide you with a copy.

Accepted methods of requests are:

  •   In person at any of our sites with your prescription request form
  •   Online via online services (e.g. Patient Access)

For data security reasons and the protection of your medical records, we cannot accept:

  •   Requests written on scraps of paper
  •   Requests over the telephone
  •   Requests verbally over the counter
  •   Requests via eConsult
  •   Requests from pharmacies

Did you know?

Just like online banking, you can create an online account on a computer, a tablet or a smartphone, using a website or smartphone app.

You can book and cancel appointments when it suits you, view test results, order repeat prescriptions online and look at part of your GP records.

Online services are free to use and are another way of contacting us. It's not hard to start using.
