Vine Medical Group are seeking to appoint a temporary Administrator to join the team until March 2019.

You will be friendly, task-focussed and have experience of working in a busy office/admin setting. We are looking for 10-16 hours a week and are able to consider those looking for term-time only work.

This role is to join one of our busiest teams and support the day to day function of the office. You must be task-focussed, efficient and be able to work as part of a team.

£8.00 per hour.

PRESCRIPTIONS CLERK, WATERLOOVILLE
Full-time 37.5hrs per week
Initial fixed term contract (6-9 months) *Possible permanent employment after this initial period.

We are currently recruiting for a Prescriptions Clerk to join our pharmacy team based in Waterlooville.
You will be a confident individual with exceptional communication skills who is able to adapt to a wide variety of duties and responsibilities.
You will be responsible for processing repeat medication requests for our patients, printing off and managing medication requests from our sites, liaising with patients and chemists with regards to requests and queries and working alongside the wider pharmacy team in all aspects of prescriptions management.
Experience of working in a primary care setting is preferable.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week plus NHS benefits package.

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/CALL HANDLER
F/T permanent basis
£8.00 per hour (starting salary) rising to £8.20 after 6 months
We are a friendly, dynamic GP practice based in Waterlooville and have enjoyed a period of growth in recent years. We are now looking to expand our reception team and are looking to appoint an additional experienced Call Handler/Receptionist to work across our sites in Waterlooville.
You will:
· Enjoy working in a very busy environment
· Have worked in a call centre or high call volume reception setting
· Ideally have experience within a medical setting
· Be able to communicate effectively with all types of patients on the phone and face to face
· Able to work under pressure and respond to a high level of in-bound calls
· Be a superb team player

Full or part time hours are available and will include a late Monday evening to 7.30pm on a rota basis and at least one 8.00am start and 6.30pm finish .
